Customer Relations Attend Staff Guidelines for Applicants

Job Description

Due to our new branch establishment in Mexico, we are recruiting Attend staffs in our Customer Relations Department.

[Broad Description]

・Client sessions in hospitals and clinics; provision of medical interpretations

Serve clients with support on reception procedures, medical explanations, insurance applications and payment procedures.

*Note: The job nature includes urgent cases which may include work out of working hours and work during holidays, compensatory rest or allowances will be provided in such cases.

Provides sales assistance with in field experience as well as lectures.

Eligibility for the Job
・Native Japanese (Or holder of N1 in JLPT)
・Intermediate Spanish (Capable of everyday communications; preferably close to business level)
・Intermediate English (Not compulsory)
・Has work experience in medical or translation related fields
・All nationalities are welcome

Either of the following: Mexico City, Irapuato, Querétaro, León, Celaya.
Hours of Work
9:00-17:00
Salary
Varies according to experience
Included compensation allowances for working outside business hours
Days off and Vacation
・Mainly 2 days a week on Weekends (Saturdays, Sunday and public holidays)
・Requires working outside business hours occasionally (compensatory hours or wages will be given)
・Annual Leaves
・Sick Leaves
