Alarm Center Staff Guidelines for Applicants

Job Description

・Responsible for taking emergency calls from clients all over the world

・Organize Hospital arrangements and distribution of Attend staff for clients in need

・Arrangements of cashless services for overseas travel insurance

・Apart from receiving calls, some internal office affairs will be required

Eligibility for the Job
-Compulsory requirements-
・Vocational school graduate or above
・More than 2 years of working experience

-Candidates with the following attributes are welcome
・Candidates with quality communication skills in Japanese (Experience in call center jobs and medical knowledge is preferred)
・Possesses communication level English
・Can carry out work with emphasis on teamwork
・Intermediate skills in Microsoft office software’s
・With a minimum 6 months of working visa in Canada (Candidates with working holiday visa are welcome.)
